1. About us

This website is operated by Camera Hub, a business run by Aiden Stephenson, of Appleby Street, Blackburn BB1 3BL, United Kingdom. You can contact us at camerahubuk@hotmail.com or on +44 7377 715994. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our products

Most items we sell are used. Every item is tested and cleaned before it’s listed, and its condition, any marks or faults, and exactly what’s included are described in the listing. The photos show the actual item you’ll receive. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the total you pay, including free UK delivery. Payment is taken in full at checkout. If we make an obvious error in a price, we’ll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. Our contract with you starts when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. Because most items are one-offs, an item may occasionally sell elsewhere before your order is processed. If we can’t fulfil your order, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.

5. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times and methods are set out in our Shipping Policy. The item is your responsibility once it has been delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Returns, refunds and guarantee

You can cancel and return an item within 14 days of delivery. Your rights if an item is faulty or not as described, and our 3-month working order guarantee, are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

7. Discount codes

Discount codes can’t be exchanged for cash, can’t be combined unless we say so, and may have conditions such as a minimum spend or one use per customer. We may withdraw a code at any time, but this won’t affect orders already placed.

8. Selling your camera to us

Any price we quote for an item you want to sell to us is an estimate until we have received and checked the item and you have accepted our final offer. You must own the item and have the right to sell it. We may decline any item.

9. Our responsibility to you

We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We’re not responsible for business losses, as our products are sold for domestic and private use. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that can’t be limited by law.

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this website when you placed it.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring legal proceedings in your local courts.
