30-Day Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your gear. If you change your mind, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return

• Contact us at camerahubuk@hotmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be returned in the same condition you received it, with all included accessories, batteries, chargers and packaging.
• Please pack items securely - cameras and lenses are fragile.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm your refund by email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item.

Return postage

If the item is faulty or not as described, we will cover the cost of return postage. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.

Faulty items

Every item is tested and inspected before dispatch. If something arrives faulty or not as described, contact us straight away and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including postage.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
