Is every camera tested?

Yes. Every item is tested and cleaned before it's listed, and we tell you in the title and description if anything isn't perfect – a mark, a crack or a quirk.

Are the photos of the actual item?

Yes. The photos show the exact camera you'll receive, not stock images.

What's included with my camera?

Everything that's included is listed under “What's included” on each product page. If it's not listed, it's not in the box.

How much is shipping?

Nothing – UK shipping is free on every order.

How fast will it arrive?

Orders are packed securely and dispatched from Blackburn within 24–48 hours.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to let us know, then 14 days to send it back in the same condition with everything that was included. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you, and we refund within 14 days of receiving the item.

What if it arrives faulty or not as described?

Contact us straight away. Within 30 days you're entitled to a full refund and we'll pay the return postage. Faults already stated in the listing (like a screen mark) aren't covered.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes. Every item comes with a 3-month working order guarantee. If it develops a fault from normal use within 3 months, we'll repair it, replace it or refund you. It doesn't cover accidental damage or faults stated in the listing. See our returns policy for full details.

What does shutter count mean?

It's the number of photos the camera has taken – like the mileage on a car. Lower is better, but pro bodies like the Canon 1D X series are built to handle hundreds of thousands of shots.
